Has anybody some solution?? ALLDOCUBE refused to refund it, so I can’t use my tablet :/

No, they’re not providing any active support and updates to most of their devices.

Having same problem, tablet is unusable due to this :/ Whole ALLDOCUBE is one big fraud, it looks like they’re not updating any software at all, don’t recommend this vendor.
