the exe file which can switch os is in folder:c:\recovery\oem or you can search the name switchnow.exe in c partition.

you can download the firmware which contain google play service:http://www.alldocube.com/en/support/support-info/#system-update M5(T1006)-Android8.0-GMS-181115 and reinstall the firmware via mtk spflashtool.
