Assuming a third-party Youtube application would solve this issue, I downloaded the Youtube Vanced application. But the issue remains the same. Is there another way or app to solve this?

In fact, you need to install TWRP custom recovery on your device in order to use Magisk. Once the TWRP recovery is installed you can flash the Magisk Zip file to gain root access. XDA developer site will be helpful for you in this regard

Are using an original Global version? Original global version ( SC9863A Octa Core 6GB RAM) supports Hebrew language. btw, Superuser means, root access. Perhaps you may need root access to use this language
