Been there, Done that. Now I even can’t load a new image of Win10. Before it ends, the system is already down en shut off. I think I’m going to tear it down, get the SSD / Memory and throw it away. A new laptop from another brand would be better and costs a lot less time!

Due to the NON-Support of Alldocube I’m asking help here. Is there a way that someone can extract and SHARE the AMI BIOS of the Alldocube GTBook i1405? (of a good working GTBook). I’ve got the feeling it’s BIOS related. My laptop is not working anymore, I even can’t install windows, becaus before it is ready it loses power… Thnx! Alex

And still NO support from AlldoCube! Still my GTBook is unusable! 🙁 Can I load the ‘firmware’ (is no Firmware but full Win11 installation) of the GTbook15? That is Win11 … Anyone tried that ??

Hi, It would be nice to see if you admins also would help in te community. For example https://www.alldocube.com/en/forums/topic/5161/ still is an issue that has not been solved. Again I’m going to set te new image on the GTBook, but after updating to Win11 the laptop will go in SHUTDOWN mode (Power Off). It would be great if you can help me solve this. In te topic is another user with the SAME issues.

Hi LuisLo, OK, thanks. I also changed the setting of temperature. I can’t get a grip on it. Before I changed the temperature setting I really stress tested the laptop. No issue. I left the laptop alone for a while: OFF without reason … I also noticed that i could have to do something with powersaving states. I get less POWER OFF issues if the laptop is on the power cord. If it’s not connected to the power the laptop shows more OFF issues. Greetings 🙂

Thanks for helping. I’m now also monitoring the CPU temperature. When very busy is goed up to 67 degrees Celcius. Please let me know if you fin anything …

Update. After the first Windows Update and even in Windows 11 the same issue that the laptop goes to OFF state without any error.

Well, not lot of response 😉 But I’ve solved the issue. I recieved a new image of the GTBook from the supplier. Basicly is was a WinPE image with some settings for auto -reinstall of Windows 10. The issue is within the pre-installed version of W10. The POWER OFF state only occured within Windows. In the BIOS screen the laptop never automaticly gone to OFF state. So the re-install of Windows 10 solves the issue!! Maybe my image was pre-configured with the GTBook drivers, because I had no issues with drivers after the WinPE Windows 10 re-install!
