I’ve been using the alldocube iPlay 20 as an e-reader. but now the android system keeps crashing.

is there a way to update the firmware and android version?

if not, does anyone know of any suitable custom rom?

I just want to continue reading on this device.

Alldocube iPlay20(T1011S) firmware download

You can download the firmware of IPLAY20 on this page of the official website, turn off the machine, then press and hold the volume down button of the machine to connect to a computer with Windows operating system, then use tools to load the firmware on the computer, and reinstall the firmware
