I need help with my iWork20 Pro. When I turn it on, it suspends me continuously and it can be like this for about 5 minutes, sometimes I start and I’m working and it automatically suspends me and for it to start again later is a pain, I have already reinstalled Windows 10 and 11, I have put the firmware which appears on the manufacturer’s page and does the same thing. I have been investigating and according to Microsoft it may be due to incompatibility with the drivers or the Bios version, but no drivers and fewer Bios versions appear on the manufacturer’s page, I have already tried everything and nothing works.
If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.
You can try to use a tool such as PE to boot into the PE system with a U disk, and then use a test tool to test whether the ssd hard disk and running memory of the machine are normal
