In my ALDOCUBE IPLAY20, the sound of Duo (meet) cannot be heard other than earphones.

Duo (meet) works normally on other my smartphones.

It is said that the video and voice are heard on the side of the caller.

I can see the video on my side, but there is no sound.

In other apps, the sound of music appears normally.

How can I hear the Duo (meet) sound without earphones? .

Is there a failure in the call audio output circuit?

Can anyone give me some advice? . thank you.
