I am a user who made a purchase in Korea.

I’ve emailed you several times, but there was no response, so I’m posting here.

Since I purchased it through overseas direct purchase, I am unable to receive an official AS.

Many users besides me have problems with USB-C charging.

The charging part is a separate module, can I purchase only that part?

Many users have the same problem and want to buy several. (5 ~ 10 ea)

I got same story – need that part for same normal money, on ali there are some for 100 us dolars… so can you show me the way to buy it in price less that half of full tablet ? 🙂
