The Kpad specifications show that it supports B40 LTE (2300 Mhz) and I have full bars of 4G signal, showing in the top tool bar… but absolutely no internet connection. The same SIM card works perfectly in my Redmi Note 10 Pro mobile phone.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried everything I can think of.
You can try to manually set the apn settings of the sim card

When I opened settings it said apn is not available, but Manually adding a name has now fixed the issue. I can’t think why Aldocube have made the procedure for using a SIM card, for internet, so difficult. There are no instructions to be found anywhere online – or elsewhere. I guess I’m not the only one that was at the point of giving up!
