Dear Alldocube
When I first bought this Iplay40 Pro back in Nov-2021, usually the device need 2-3 hours to get fully charged from 40% to 100%.
After usage of around 4 months, the charging start to give problem and now the charging time 2-3 hours can only charged around 10-15% only, ie, from 40% to 50%, and if to charge to 100%, it took around 15 hours time or more to get fully charged.
Q1 – The device got 1 year warranty, how do I claim for warranty??
Q2 – what is the actual problem with the defective charging ? Is it the battery or the charging port problem?
Q3 – when charging, sometimes I heard a strange sound at the charging port, a sound like ‘zi zi zi …’. what’s that sound ??
Please help and reply what to do.
