i bought this device 4 months ago and have been having problems since owning it for 3 weeks, i have been waiting for their company to fix the problem for too long but the sound problem and screen freeze still not fixed till now , now I get a new error again. my system memory is taking up 99% of the space and now I can’t do anything. I am disappointed with this product, please return my money

Hi there Dragonboy, i don’t know if your’e still checking this forum or not but, i have some diagnostic and troubleshooting advice to make the Iplay 40 pro usable. I have some theory to explain why the stuttering happens, and some step to make the stuttering partially gone. I have scoured the chinese alldocube forum but no one mentioned the problem we faced with the international version. So if anyone is interested, please reply and i’ll consider to make a new post to make our device better, and what to expect from our device. The guide is from my own experience tinkering with the device and looking for information on chinese alldocube forum and the internet so if it doesn’t work for you, please don’t blame me?, cheers
