Knote X Pro cannot detect Micro-SD

I have problem of my New Knote x pro , I tried to insert a 32G and 256G Micro-SD card respectively, it was be shown in one time, after a few minutes later, the icon of the SD card gone.

Then I rebooted the computer, the Micro -SD card still cannot be detect and shown.

Can someone give me idea to figure it out ? thx a lot

Maybe a bad contact between sd card and the card reader.

Sometimes a small piece of cardboard to press the card against the reader contacts solve that kind of problem…

The problem still cannot be fixed .

I am sure that both of the SD card are fine , and it can detect and use on other computer.

But it doesn’t work on my Knote X pro tablet.

Remarks: Sometime it shown the card in few minutes but I try to reboot the Tablet , the SD card icon gone.

I had a similar problem. I solved it by reinstalling the card reader driver.

Having same problem.  Different micro SD cards, 32, 64, 128, 256GB, but will not be seen by tablet.

Hi. Where did you find the drivers archives?

I searched all over the internet and couldn’t find anything… I also installed some “Realtek Smart Card Reader Driver” for win11 but the KnoteXpro still not recognizing…
