Alldocube iplay 40 does not detect any sd card .

My alldocube iplay 40 does not detect any sd card . And i tried a dozen if them. Nothing shows up on the tablet . Even in Factory test mode it fails to detect . Does any one else have this problem ? I think it’s Brooke .
