Same here, and my unit is less than 10 days old. I did a factory reset but the problem still occurs.
I sent a enquiry to the after sales support. Let’s see if anyone reply.
Are you on Android 10 or Android 11?
I found a new firmware version was released on their website today.
Alldocube iPlay40H(T1020H) firmware download
Are you on this level? Is the beeping issue still happening with this one as well?

After they replaced mine, everything is working good. I am not confident with doing the update yet cause it is working good now. But definitely the ones who are experiencing this issue might be worth a try. Please keep us updated! Thanks!
Anyone tried the new firmware? Seems unable to update over the air…
I’m also experiencing this issue, when i first got my unit, it immidiately show these behavior, i tried to do factory reset, and i even tried to send this back to the seller and have him reflash the firmware. It’s fine for a while after i got it back from the seller. But now the problem comes back. Now i’m trying to download the new firmware and will try if it fix the issue. I do hope that alldocube will listen to their consumer’s problem. For the sake of making a name for themselves, Cheers!

Let me know the results. I’m planning to buy this tablet but this audio issue and bug a serious and will not spend anything on this if they haven’t resolved the problem with this new firmware.

I just installed it a few moments ago and right now i’m just monitoring it. I just let the tablet stream some music from music streaming service and turn the screen off. And to my surprise the firmware version number is not changed, it’s still the same as before. It says “T1020H_V1.0_20210909_20210909-1534”, even though the one on the website is “iPlay40H(T1020H)-EN-20210911”. But IDK, let’s just wait a little bit. As i mentioned before, the problem resurfaced a week after i got my unit back from the seller in my country. Maybe if this also fails, I’ll try to downgrade the firmware or just ask for a replacement.
Try installing the new rom uploaded by alldocube (iplay40H) it might solve the problem….if factory reset does not work…

That’s exactly what i do last night, and a month ago. The newly uploaded firmware have the same build number as my firmware from two weeks ago and the problem is resurfacing last night. Please read before commenting
