iPlay40 pro beeping and stuttering randomly

Hi, I’m experiencing beeping sounds and stuttering in random occasions. Is this a known issue? And what fix can be done? Thanks in advanced!

Hi Just received my tablet tpday i ordered thru lazada and i am having the same issue of random stutter with beeps.

Hope we get answers to this matter.

Same is happening on my device. iPlay40Pro.

Sometimes video is also in slowmo when watching netflix or youtube. Only gets fixed after restart.

Same with me, im initiating a return right now! Waited for month to have fix but none.

 

Anybody did return theirs successfully?

So after cooperating with the lazada seller, we decided to return the device and have it replaced. I got my replacement, been using it for a month and so far so good. I think they have this 15 days free returns.

Dear SwtChngMzc, does the beeping indicated a defective unit?

Yes since it wont be fixed with just an update. We tried doing everything and sent them videos of me doing what they told me. During that time. It was only me (from the Philippines) and another customer from malaysia who had the same issue. If a lot of people have this then I think alldocube should recall all units and try to fix the issue before they get them back in the market. It was a lot of hassle to me and I’m very disturbed with how long this model would last. It’s working good now, but for how long!? Right? I had one episode of stuttering and I restarted the replacement unit and worked pretty okay. I’m not sure if I will go with this brand again though.

I approached the seller in Singapore. He asked me to reset the unit. So far so good. I am still monitoring.

Issue came back after a day. Factory reset did not solve the issue.
