Hi,

I recently bought an Alldocube iplay 30 pro and wifi disconnects randomly and the signal appears with a question mark after this disconnection, I am at 1 meter of my router and it cannot reconnect automatically, I have to turn the wifi of the tablet off and then turn it on again.

I have flashed the last firmware that I found in this web but the problem persist.

It’s almost impossible to watch a video on YouTube at once… any solution for this?

I didn’t find a solution but this solve somehow the problem:

I have 2 wifi hotspots with diferent names close one each other, the solution was only configure 1 of them, if I config both the message and cuts appear

I tried this method but do not work for me. And I also tried to use both methods Randomized MAC and Device Mac both also don’t work. Does anyone have the same experience?

Below is my firmware version.

I can work now with only 1 hotspot configured, I didn’t change anything more, only DHCP enabled and using mac device.

One thing is clear, this device has an issue with wifi connections

For me, the problem witch WiFi starts when you turn on bluetooth. When I listen to music on an external speaker and brows the internet, WiFi starts to disconnect. As long as I listen to music, everything is fine.
