Firmware update for iPlay 30 (non PRO version)

Hi, I’m new to the community and I have a question.

On my iplay 30 (EU version maybe) I don’t get the updates automatically, but I think I have to install them manually.
Where can I find the latest updates available for my Iplay30 (not PRO)? Another thing, I can only find updates for the PRO version, can I also install those on Iplay30 not PRO?

Can I install this update?
