I need the driver of Expand X(Portable monitor)

1. Windows 10 doesn’t recognize Expand X. So the touch function does not work. The touch screen is useless in my Windows 10. Could you help me?
2. I bought this because of the capacity of the battery. According to your advertisement, it should be 10,000 mAh but the manual says that it is 5000mAh. Could you tell me which is true?
3. According to the Ad, a tablet keyboard is popping up on the screen but how it works? Mine doesn’t work that way in Dex mode and Windows 10.
4. Could anybody help me here?
