Iplay 20 Volume button bug/issue

Has anyone encountered their Iplay 20’s volume button bugging out after some time? The bug is that you can’t adjust the volume by holding the volume button and only works by pressing multiple times, rebooting the device fixes it but returns again. I’ve tried every firmware version and that issue is present in all of them, even the latest update 20201112 firmware.
