iplay20 cannot change quality of youtube

After updating the Youtube application, I cannot find the option to change the Youtube video quality on my iplay20. Is there a way to fix it? Most probably things will be okay if I uninstall the updates. But, it means we cannot ever update the youtube application and we have to stay with the stock application. Is there another solution to fix this issue instead of uninstalling updates?

Assuming a third-party Youtube application would solve this issue, I downloaded the Youtube Vanced application. But the issue remains the same. Is there another way or app to solve this?
