Anyone did get any luck on this issue? My X1 (T801) battery has crashed and I have no idea if it is possible to replace it. Any help?

Don’t think that you will get any help from Alldocube “support”. It is a joke not support.

Alldocube’s Support website said “We are here to help”. I hope they mean what they say.

We need Alldocube’s support to identify the battery type or equivalent that can be a good replacement. Surely it does not cost Alldocube any cents to give us the info so we can get going to shop for the replacement.

Just post the recommended model or specs for replacement on its Support site.
