My Alldocube iPlay10 10.1 inch Tablet PC touchscreen don´t work well anymore. The bottom “long side” about 5mm in to the touch screen doesn´t work anymore. Tablet has been reset and restarted and still same fault on screen. It affect when I write and open close apps etc and can’t drag down menu on that side. It worked before on all sides on the screen. It’s only been 6 months since I bought it new. Is it possible to get warranty since it within 1 year. Alldocube must have 1 year warranty?
