AlldocubeX – no exFAT?

I got my Alldocube X (U1005E) some days before from Amazon.

Made update, now it is 5th March 2019. Internal SD-card must be FAT32. But also with USB-OTB it doesn’t support exFAT.  What a bad joke! My smartphone from Xiaomi also have Android 8.1. – no problem with exFAT.

 

 

Hi there. I have this tablet too. I’ve been using it for several months but my main issue is battery life. It only lasts for about 4-5 hours. Are you experimenting the same behaviour? On the other hand I updated mine to the last released firmware and everything seems to be working properly, OTG recognizes all kind of drives.

Yes, battery life is not very long.

Which firmware – version and date – your tablet has? Mine doesn’t support exFAT. And tablet tells me, that it is the actual firmware, nothing newer. Also no answer from support of Alldocube – really poor! I think, I will give tablet back to dealer and choose a different brand!
