X1 Bluetooth Keyboard keys not working

I have an X1 running Android 7.1.1, I have a Bluetooth Keyboard which pairs and connects but some of the keys do not work. Namely cdelmorsvwyz, everything else works fine. The keyboard works correctly with my DOOGEE phone and my computer.

I have tried to alter the keyboard settings but this does not have any effect. I have tried UK and US settings but no different.

Build number = Y9712.CUBE.X1_2018.04.02_V1.0

Custom Built version = alps-mp-n1.mp9-V1.6.1_joyasz6797.6m.n_P3
