I bought Freer X9 From China. I want load Google Play. İs there global Android for Freer X9 ?

First of all I want to thank you for sending me firmware.On the other hand I need the MT8173 USB driver.Because when I try to load the software to my tablet, my PC cannot connect to my tablet.
Could you please send me the link for this ?

if the driver refers to mtp driver,you don’t have to install it ,windows os contain it
