“fft” app preinstalled on iPlay60 mini Turbo

I just got my mini Turbo today and I love the tablet, but it came preinstalled with some Chinese file transfer app (“app.eleven.com.fastfiletransfer”). The only thing I could find online about this was an Amazon review stating that it is spyware and ran in the background without their consent, so I would like to make sure that is not the case.

Have this to, but I disabled the app. NetGuard (Firewall) shows no net activity.
