iwork gt touchscreen goes haywire

I’ve emailed aldocube support about this several times and gotten NO REPLY.

I’ve tried contacting them twice through what was formally called Twitter. NO REPLY

So I’m going to post here.

My ALLDOCUBE iWork GT’s touch screen goes haywire whenever the tablet gets warm, not hot, warm. It does this even on a laptop cooler with fans running at max.

What do I mean by haywire?   Imagine a toddler grabbing the screen in several places at the same time, constantly putting pressure down. Thats what it does. It’ll open and close programs, won’t allow any inputs, and forget about the on screen keyboard. It’ll do this haywire bit until is just crashs and hard locks. If you turn off it tablet, wait an hour for it to cool down, then you can use it again for 5-15 minutes on a laptop cooler. Basically – completely unusable.

 

How do I either fix the problem, or at least get Alldocube to respond?

I’ve already wiped the computer and completely reinstalled everything from scratch using ALLDOCUBE’s update… which to be honest.. IT NEEDS A WARNING ITS GOING TO DELETE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It did not help or resolve the problem.
