Alldocube mini pro nfe only has two touch input

When I use apps and check on multi touch apps they only detect two touch input.

But when I go to developer options and turn on touch tracking it detects all my fingers.

 

This makes me think that the hardware is capable for more than two touch inputs at once and there is a problem with the software.

 

Is there anything I can do to allow more than two touches? As it is preventing me from using the tablet for the purpose I purchased it.

Please try to turn off the three-finger screenshot function, and then check whether the multi-finger operation in the corresponding software is normal.
