Hi

Just got my Knote X from Banggood looks good so far.  Bought a CDK11 keyboard from a different supplier and the trackpad works perfectly but none of the keys work!  Plugged in a separate USB keyboard and it works fine.  UEFI reports keyboard present but does not work when I try to change settings in bios, so it does not seem likely to be a Windows software clash. I suspect the CDK11 has a hardware fault.  Any suggestions?

Got a replacement keyboard and it works perfectly
