The firmware flashing of XNeo is the same as other Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 phone or tablet:
Install driver for Qualcomm 9008 mode
Manually enter the 9008 port mode (press the power，Volume up and down keys at the same time when the power is off, until a black LOGO flashes on screen )
Use Qualcomm QPST tool to load the rawprogram_unsparse.xml and ddr.elf files, and then flash the firmware.

Flat Build seems to mean that all files are in one folder.

XNeo(T1009)-EN-20200709.rar has all files in one folder.
A programmer file is an ELF binary for recent devices as in X Neo, but MBN for older ones.

On QFIL, choosed meta build and try to load content but I could not find MetaBuild Configuration file within XNeo(T1009)-EN-20200709.rar. Any tutorial for more detail?
Meta build worked for me
On QFIL, Select Build Type, which should I select Flat Build or Meta Build?
It is super important to see upper left-hand side TUTORIAL before updating the firm. It was the big help.
