Здравствуйте, после включения планшета в верхней части экрана появляется полоса. Когда шторку опускаешь вниз и затем поднимаешь чтоб вернуться на главный экран, то на экране появляется всплывающее окно от шторки и его убрать крайне сложно. Бывает так, что показывает только верхнюю часть экрана примерно 1 см остальное все черное, потом со временем все нормализуется и никаких полос и всплывающих окон нет.

hello this happens to me as well since a year ago and i messaged them on an online shopping app regarding this. they have emailed me this flash system since they thought it is a software issue so please reply if you have done this flashing and what happened to your tablet after??
I want advice if I have to backup everything on my tablet because I don’t want to go through the trouble of backing up everything.
