Upgrade to latest Android 13 breaks the “front” camera only and only on T103064GB; same upgrade to T1030A64GB does not break. I still have one T103064GB on Android 12 and of course, front camera works. Default camera app, when switched from default back camera to front camera shows black screen and locks up – I have to delete all app data to restore it to make is work again for back camera. To make a comparison to default camera app, I downloaded from play store “2023 HD Camera for Android: XCamera” from Simple Design Ltd. Using this app, when change from default back camera to front camera, screen freezes, but app is still responsive so that I can switch back to back camera and take pictures again. But even this app cannot access front camera anymore since major upgrade to Android 13.

Please advise on workaround or can you estimate date to release a patch to fix this?

  I took the risk and made the major upgrade to my second tablet that is T103064GB, from Android 12 to Android 13 and now the front (and back) camera are still working, just as on the one T1030A64GB tablet. So on the other tablet that made me make this report, it would seem that the front camera never worked, even as originally received, running Android 12 – I just never tested it until now.
  
  Hey – how can I get a warranty replacement for this tablet with a broken front camera! 😉

  I took the risk and upgraded the other T103064GB tablet from Android 12 to Android 13 and the front (and back) camera are still working, just as on the T1030A64GB tablet. So it would seem that the other T103064GB tablet that initiated my original comment has always had a broken front camera, even when originally received with Android 12.

to keep people buying your products … please release all replacement parts selling online shopee lazada or other online shop … because people will love your product and will keep buying it … and my rear camera got damage due to mishandled the camera is now has a static linear i got to the technician store for troubleshooting they said the damage is the camera inside and they dont have replacement for the camera i feel sad … see photo: https://ibb.co/SwDjNXw

Hello dear Alldocube. I made the iPlay50(T1030)_EN_20230719.T firmware myself and then the firmware 2023.08.01 flew through the air.. This is the latest firmware. While setting up the tablet, I found such errors: it is impossible to set custom wallpapers, only standard ones. When you access the “select from my photos” item, the application crashes. Please fix this or give advice. And another error is the constantly active QR scanner and it cannot be turned off. Even if you move it from the main curtain, it remains active. Such shortcomings…

  Sorry, I solved the wallpaper problem myself. there was nothing in my photos folder where the wallpaper and style app refers to, so it didn’t work. I took a photo with my camera and the link worked. but the question-problem with the QR button in the blind remains ….

  also the problem was that i disabled google-photos. if google-photo is disabled, then in the wallpaper setting the “my photos” folder does not open … this is the root of the problem.

is it possible that iplay50 can have android 14 for the future updates? …. seems android 14 is way too cool and maybe it will compatible for sdcard higher 512gb support as internal memory … this android 13 is not yet support only android 12 which is full of bugs and cringe automatic reset … :3
