    Hi Alldocube,

Pls update to Android 14 ASAP. You said support 3 years for update but I don’t see any actions from you for android 13. You can go to Android 14 directly.

    Thanks

I will never buy an Alldocube product again.

In Korea, a product called G99 k11 plus, which has a 3-year update guarantee, is being sold for $120.

I now filter out Chinese products that do not provide updates or after-sales service.

I don’t expect much. Please update to Android 13

I have this tablet 2 months now and I updated it from the beginning in the latest firmware. I have always bug with videos in Instagram and in sites after while stop load and play. But the biggest problem is that I always have ghost tough in the same 2 points and this is not a firmware problem I guess but a hardware problem that I don’t think that I can fix it with another firmware! Plush that they still didn’t upgrade to android 13 but all the others tablet from this year are already upgraded!

Having an issue on multiple iPlay 50 Pro Max devices whereas when connected to a 5 ghz WiFi network, it’ll often have vertical flickering pixelated lines on the front facing camera.  When using a 2 ghz network, the issue does not exist.  Can this be addressed and fixed?
