Please fix this so that latest update 20230814 can be OTA….impossible to install using standard tools if they can’t find .dll files

I just bought it, but when playing COD   lags, my old Mi Pad 4 Snap 660 is even smoother.

I bought an iPlay50Pro 8GB/128GB tablet. Errors occur during the operation of the tablet that I cannot eliminate. After a few hours of use, due to some change, the tablet does not play video files, neither Facebook nor Google photos, Netflix does not work, and certain YouTube short videos do not work either. In this case, the free memory is still more than 4 GB, and all hardware works, including Wi-Fi and mobile internet. I can’t get it to play the videos using any magic, only restarting helps, after that all videos will be played again… Please advise what tool I can use to get the tablet to play video files without restarting it.
It is also incomprehensible to me that the battery statistics graph is deleted at different times and percentages for reasons unknown to me, and then the graph only shows the consumption curve from here. What is the reason for this and how can the error be eliminated?
