I got the new iplay 50 Pro yesterday. I have a problem with it, the auto-rotate doesn’t work. It’s very frustrating because I can’t seem to get it to work in any way. It is in permanent portrait mode. It switches to landscape mode only once, when I turn on dynamic contrast in the Mira options in the settings, then animal images jump in and at that moment it switches to landscape mode. But there is no return from there, it stays like this, I have to restart it so that it is in portrait mode again.

I updated to the latest version (iPlay50Pro(T1030M)_EN_20230814), no change.

Is there a solution to this problem?

ワイヤレスアップデート通知があり、見たところ20230814でした。更新したところinstall fail となり、reason 20と出ました。tool使用のアップデートは初期化になるため面倒なので、ワイヤレスアップデートから普通に実施できるようにお願いします。

Is there a changelog for these updates? I bought this device with 20230426 firmware, but it suffered from ghost touches. Now I updated to 20230731 and the problem seems to be gone.

So I am happy, but still would like to see a changelog, as the update wiped the tablet and there seem to be many updates….
