I have owned this tablet since Oct 2023. I use it quite regularly – primarily for reading books, checking emails etc. No gaming, nothing requiring a lot of computing power. And frankly I loved it. Thought it was a great product. Almost remarkable considering the price.

But about a month ago the screen stopped being responsive to finger gestures. All too frequently I cannot even login past the lock screen. But if/when I can log in the screen is responsive for about 60 seconds. It is running Android 13 with an Android security update on 11/5/23. I have tried to reach out to Alldocube. That appears to be just about impossible. Not even sure of the warranty period on the tablet. Is it 90 days? Is it a year? At this point the table is 9 months old and is essentially unreliable and unusable. Sad as other than this issue the tablet has been great. Would love to hear from Alldocube. Hopefully they read the reviews. BUT based on my current experience I cannot in good conscience recommend this tablet or even the newer version running Android 14. Oh, yeah it appears that the table I have cannot be upgraded to Android 14. Beware if you buy the newer version running Android 14 because you will probably not be able to upgrade to Android 15. How would i describe this tablet? Disposable. Beware that it may only work for 9 months (maybe even less?) and then it will most likely die.
