Amazonでiplay50mini pro nfeを購入して届きましたので確認したところ、iPhone12（docomo回線）からのテザリングで何度試してもip設定エラーとなり繋ぐ事ができません。家の固定回線なら普通に繋がります。iplay50mini proも所持してまして、こちらは同じ設定ですぐにテザリングでも繋がります。

これは本機の不良ですか？仕様ですか？

can i flash a iPlay50 mini Pro (non NFE, MediaTek HelioG99)

with the firmware for the newest iPlay50 mini Pro NFE model?

this one here: EN_20231201

it’s 100% the same hardware so in the end it can also have NFE /Widevien L1 on it right ?

Please confirm, and give all your iPlay50 mini Pro non NFE customers freedom

  Ok for all iPlay 50 mini pro (non NFE) users, with the right tools you can flash the NFE firmware to the non NFE model, but it has no impact on Widevine L1, its still the same as before

  info for all iplay mini 50 pro useres : the NFE firmware DONT work on the non NFE models. you can flash it with the right tools but after all you have no widevine L1 support

why?

I flashed that formware on a Widevine L3 device, but the L3 was retained. I don’t know if the NAND needs to be formatted or not, as the firmware name hasn’t changed.

I did not set the NAND format when I downloaded the firmware.

No. It is not for Iplay 50 mini pro. Check the product page. They have a new tablet Iplay 50 mini NFE, which has L1 certification but UNISoC and 4 GB ram. Totally different product.

  There are 2 new NFE versions of the tablets mini NFE and mini Pro NFE, and this firmware is for the Pro NFE version. It has the same specs as iPlay mini Pro: MTK G99, 8/256 GB…
  
  So there is a legit question if it is possible to update mini Pro version with this update.
