The Alldocube Iplay 40 Tablet is a great product that you launched in 2021. The disappointment is that there was never an after-sales service that valued the people who chose to buy it. Without Android updates, security patches or fixes, the tablet quickly went into obsolescence. I repeat, the Iplay 40 is great hardware, with excellent performance. You could make it up to the fans by releasing some software updates.

I have brought I play 40 model t1020s about 6 month back from aliexpress, it suddenly hanged and not working.There is no service station in my city. Kindly let me know where is the service center in India ,where I can send my tab for repair.

Hi,
i have an Allducub Iplay 40 Pro model 1020 ( there is NO letter S or H or other in the back cover)
when i purchase this in decembre 2021 from the official store at aliexpress wish is have nothing to be official B.T.W, it come as model : iplay 40H,( when i look at: about my device) but in the back of the tablet is clearly indicated Iplay 40 Pro
the frimware it come with is build # : T1020H_V1.0_20210621
the sellers say this is a mistake i have to update
i would like to have the new frimware but i have no idea wish one it suppose to be?
any help, especialyy from you guys at Allducube
