iplay40 을 쓰고있는데 강제로 종료가되네요. 어떻게 해야되나요?

Can you please make an update for this tablet to android 11.
As some one else said. If you update the software for you product you will get more customers!

I am a user using iplay40.
The current update was last May 21 and is Android 10.
Are you done with this?
Shouldn’t it be an update for at least 3 years?
New models are coming out all the time, but I don’t know if I’ll buy that model again in a year or two.
I’ve been using it without any trouble so far, but it’s too strong to buy another tablet, but I think it’s better if it’s just an additional update.

The iplay 40 is a great product I still use it to this day because it’s awesome ?? please Alldocube please update the T1020S if you keep up your updates like you keep up your products you’ll gain a better name (reputation) thanks for this product, satisfied with hardware and build. Wish you guys the best.

Please update this tablet to Android 11 because the IPlay 40 Pro which IS 99% THE SAME is Android 11.
I don’t think this is very difficult for you, this is a great tablet and MUST BE UDGRADED.

Desde que comprei tenho problemas com o tablet de reinicialização e travamentos com aplicativos. O jeito foi conviver com isso e usar pouco o seus recursos. A assistencia que tive com o vendedor e o fabricante foi o mínimo, sempre dizendo para resetar ou reinstalar a ROM.
A conclusão que tenho é que não vale apena a compra de produtos chineses de marcas sem grande expressão.

Agora ao tentar reinstalar depois de entrar com a atualização incorreta (T1020H) entrou em lopping, fica ligado um minuto e meio e desliga e não permite nova reinstalação gera o seguinte erro no speedroom: “BKF_NV_LTE – finish – Failed [UB1132] operation failed”
