Hi, since almost a year the iplay40pro does not update system nor security patch android, very important now with bank apps, my model is T1020H v1.0 2021 0803.
I checked firmware here but i dont see in my model EN and i wonder if that is only for English language.
Please tell me if this firmware from may 19th 2022 will be suitable for my model.
What about security android patch? Why has been never updated since i firts bought it?

every time i update from here, there going to be a wipe – factory reset?? !!!

They don’t support ota. They don’t even comment on forums.
Hello, I would like to update my Alldocube iplay 40 pro tablet but there is no way to update it by PC, it does not let me and by air I do not get any updates, what can I do?
They don’t support ota updates even though the option is there. They just won’t do it. If you do it via PC there is a really crappy software way that is annoying to do and if you brick your tablet because it fails then they also won’t support it and goodluck getting it fixed.
Next time I’ll get a Lenovo
