Is anyone experiencing the same issue as me? My tablet will randomly shut down and read as being 0% and needing to be charged. If I turn it back on it goes back to normal, and if I plug it in while it is off it reads as 0% and then goes back to the previous number it was at before.Sometimes I can tell it’s going to happen when my screen freezes up.
It doesn’t shut off if I leave it plugged in. Is it a battery or software issue? I thought it could be battery but wouldn’t the battery be drained?
Приветствую всех! Столкнулась с проблемой плохой реакции сенсорного экрана на нажатие. В качестве электростатической изоляции использовала толстую алюминиевую фольгу. Вырезала из дна тарелки для приготовления на костре (одноразовая посуда для запекания) прямоугольник по длине батареи планшета. Его подложила его под шлейф, чтобы экранировал от батареи, но не касался платы. Пользуюсь уже больше недели, проблемы с экраном больше нет.

For those experiencing touchscreen freezing issues:
After research (and breaking head), I was able to resolve it for a long time and ZERO touchsecret lock issue so far.
Basically:
1) Open – Remove the screen – ahead with the help of something thin (I used stiletto blade of the widest – narrow can not be leveraged);
2) Be careful when lifting the screen with “flat cable” between screen and motherboard;
3) Glue Anti Electromagnetic Interference Copper Tape (Anti EMI) covering places indicated in the photos of the link below (use Google translator if you have difficulty understanding).
I had the blade already, and bought copper tape (5cm wide, self-adhesive) from Shopee. I think aluminum sheet (foil) has the same shielding effect.

Also having problems with touchscreen not responding got so bad I’ve put the iplay mini pro to one side as it’s unusable ….has anyone downloaded old version of firmware to see if it cures the problem ?
I’ve have a alldocube 40 large screen it’s been good no problems for 2+ years so bought alldocube iplay50 pro …but if I don’t get it fixed ie:- (if alldocube don’t help to solve it’s common problem of touchscreen locking up all the time ) then I’ve finished buying this brand of tablet !.
I took this apart. I removed the LCD flat cable and reattached it. I used polyimide tape to insulate the area around the flat cable and connector. As a result, this problem is not occurring.
Sometime the Touch screen not work and need to switch off the Mon to resume.
