UPDATE: This cool tablet did updated Google Play System to March 1, 2024 JUST MOMENTS AGO, yet Android 13 update is STILL S T U C K on March 5, 2023!!!!

I really like this tablet but since it’s still stuck, I’m afraid that I wasted my $$$ on a tablet that CANNOT update the Android 13 at ALL.

I got this in January this year and really like how light it is and pretty fast than Samsung Tab A7 Lite! Despite the success of updating Google Play System to January 1, 2024, here’s the problem I am having about getting the Android 13 software updated: it is still stuck on March 5, 2023.

Hi, I purchased this from Amazon on 11/20/23 used it for A trip early December and didn’t use much since yesterday. I turned it on and the screen brightness and resolution is dark and blurry, I check display settings and brightness was at max I spent the next hour trying every setting possible. What do I do now?
